ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Position Description:
The Inside Sales Account Executive is responsible for supporting and working with the VP of sales. Other responsibilities include making customer contacts for local sales leads and formulating formal proposals to customers. This is a headquarters based position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and support VP of sales
- Oversee local sales leads
- Create formal sales proposals for customers
- Monitor ongoing sales leads
- Participate in marketing plans
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Four or more years of previous sales experience with both direct sales and selling through distributors
- Minimum of two years of Radiology/PACS sales
- R.T. certification is preferred
- Individual must have good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to track a variety of projects at any given time
- Ability to create and present formal presentations

PROJECT MANAGER
Position Description
The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager is the point-of-contact for the customer. This is a headquarters-based position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management responsibilities for each project include:
- Fact-finding
- Plan and timeline development
- Implementation, deployment, and testing
- Project Documentation
- Customer acceptance/sign-off
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Three or more years of experience in the healthcare field
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
- System level knowledge of HL7 interfaces and DICOM modality worklist
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn products and apply knowledge quickly
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Position Description
IMCO Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist with proven abilities in supporting software, hardware, workstation/server management, Microsoft Windows networking, LAN, WAN, SQL, PACS, HL7 and DICOM. Knowledge or experience with RIS as well as Microsoft certification for SQL are desirable. This is a headquarters-based position with limited travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming service calls
- Assist customers with technical problems
- Perform preliminary investigations of customer incidents
- Manage 3rd party escalations and customer communication/follow-up/logistics
- Perform tracking/maintenance/trending of customer service incidents
- Perform installations remotely and on-site
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent
- Three or more years of previous technical support experience
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
