CLINICAL APPLICATIONS / CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Essential Duties: Clinical Applications
  • Train new and existing customers on the use of the company's products
  • Development of product documentation
  • Clinical input in the development process of new software releases
  • Applications maintenance and testing of new software releases
Essential Duties: Customer Support
  • 1st call response
  • Maintain customer service documentation
  • Customer relations liaison (follow through / pro-active customer support)
  • Project management duties for new installations and upgrades
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • 4+ years of clinical experience in a Healthcare IT/RIS/PACS environment and understanding of the workflow in healthcare departments. RT background a definate plus. Some travel required. Preferred location is Pewaukee headquarters.
    • Ability to create and perform professional product demonstrations, on-site and through web tools
    • Ability to create and perform professional training sessions, on-site and through web tools
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong multi-tasking capabilities
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products and Internet-based demonstration tools
