CLINICAL APPLICATIONS / CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Essential Duties: Clinical Applications
- Train new and existing customers on the use of the company's products
- Development of product documentation
- Clinical input in the development process of new software releases
- Applications maintenance and testing of new software releases
Essential Duties: Customer Support
- 1st call response
- Maintain customer service documentation
- Customer relations liaison (follow through / pro-active customer support)
- Project management duties for new installations and upgrades
